Overview

I was responsible for designing new features and contributing iterations to existing screens - for their web dashboard ChargeConnect and Evy mobile app. Being the only designer, I collaborated with the Head of Design & Co-founder Bhabani Shankar throughout my stint at Evy.

They enable and empower various stakeholders in the electric vehicle charging ecosystem (EV drivers, charging point operators, and DISCOMs) to make better decisions and maximize ROI through their flagship products: A smart cloud-based charger management platform called ChargeConnect, and a mobile app which covers all the charging needs of EV owners.

Key Briefs

Fault Management

Enabling operators identify faults with their EV charging stations without customer impetus. Previously if any fault arose, it were the customers who identified and called the operators who in turn called the mechanic until the fault was fixed - this took a lot of time (6-8 hrs).

Offers (Web & Mobile)

Enabling operators to create and run offers (Flat & Percentage) on their charging stations. This was a new feature. We also designed the customer-end experience of this feature for the mobile app.
